Joshna Patel joined Red Letter Days in October 2007, where she has built its affiliate activity from humble beginnings to a programme recognised for its excellence at the 2009 a4u awards, including a Highly Commended for best use of affiliate marketing in the Retail sector as well as her personal nomination for Publisher’s Choice of Affiliate Manager.
In less than two years Joshna has more than doubled affiliate sales, implemented the programme across an additional affiliate network, developed a host of new creative including affiliate video players, and launched a highly popular incentive scheme which motivates and rewards the full spectrum of affiliates.
Prior to this role, Joshna worked for Decision News Media, the largest online marketing solutions provider in the south of France, assisting in the launch of numerous websites and managing advertising and email campaigns for high profile clients including Tate & Lyle, Mintel, Merck and Siemens.
