How much does a two day pass for a4uexpo cost?
If you register before the 31st August you can purchase an early bird ticket for an affiliate pass at £395 (to increase £100 there after), a merchant pass for £495 (to increase £100 there after), and a network and agency pass for £495 (to increase £100 there after).
Register here. Please note that from midnight on 31st August 2010 the rates will increase to £100 respectively.

Are transport costs included with my pass?
No, all delegates attending the conference must organise their own transportation to and from the event.

Can I arrive on the day without having pre registered?
Yes, delegates are able to register for a4uexpo at the event.
A member of the a4uexpo team at the registration station will be able to assist you. Please ensure you have a form of identification, and a form of payment. Please note we do not accept payment via American Express on site.

Can I attend day one and can my colleague attend day two?
No, the person who has registered for the pass is the person that must use the pass. Each delegate must be registered individually for the event.
a4uexpo has a strict no pass sharing policy. If such acts are discovered during the show, violators’ badges will be confiscated and they will be ejected from the conference. If discovered post-show, violators will be sent an invoice for the onsite registration pricing and asked to pay to avoid prosecution for theft of service.

Can I cancel my registration?
a4uexpo offer a full cancellation service for the event, for more information on cancellations and refunds please see our terms and conditions here

Can I obtain the presentations of any talks I miss?
Yes, once the conference has finished all presentations will be published online. The a4uexpo team will publish a BLOG to advise where they can be retrieved from, you are then able to select those you wish to download.

Do you have to be registered to attend the parties?
Yes, registration for a4uexpo London takes place on Monday 11th October at our Ignite Party, and on the first conference day from 08.00. a4uexpo London operate a self registration process, of which we will issue you with a badge and event wristband.
To access any areas of the conference and parties delegates must wear the wristband provided at all times for the duration of the event.

How do I submit a speaker submission?
If you are interested in speaking at a4uexpo London, please visit http://www.a4uexpo.com/london/speaker-submissions/ for full guidelines on speaking at a4uexpo.
Please ensure you have read all the guidelines before submitting a online form at the bottom of the page.
All speaker submissions forms must be submitted by 16th July 2010. Any submissions received after this date cannot be included. Please note your submission will be reviewed by the organisers who will contact you after the deadline.

How do I submit a topic submission?
Please visit http://www.a4uexpo.com/london/suggest-a-topic/ to submit a topic inclusion for a4uexpo. You must have completed the online form and submitted it before 16th July. Any submissions received after this date cannot be included.

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, but please be aware the conference is being held at the Capital Suite in ExCeL East. There is an East Car Park, please reference http://www.a4uexpo.com/london/venue for complete information on the location of the car park and directions of how to get there by road.

What happens if I lose my delegate pass?
Please contact the organisers at the registration desk where your registration details will be verified and a new pass re-issued.

What happens if I lose my wristband?
Wristbands must be worn at all times to allow you entrance to a4uexpo.
This includes all conference sessions, the exhibition hall and access into our networking parties. If you lose, damage or if your wristband has broken or been tampered with you must contact the organisers immediately.
Please ensure you have a form of identification, your booking reference and if applicable your damaged wristband. Please note that if there is evidence a wristband has been tampered with a charge of £100.00 is applicable.

What’s included with my conference pass?
The full conference pass gives you access to the entire conference and exhibition including refreshments. In addition the full pass provides you with access to all networking events.

Where can I book a hotel for the conference?
Hotel booking can be made via accessing http://www.a4uexpo.com/london/venue select the hotel option and following the instructions. Hotel bookings cannot be made via the Existem Events office, they are online bookings only.

In line with the data protection policy, a4uexpo does not give out contact details or our delegates, exhibitors or sponsors. However we do publicise the company names of our current registrations on our website.

Where or how do I register to attend a4uexpo?
Visit http://www.a4uexpo.com/london/register and click through to Register Now. Complete all the required fields on the online form including your payment details.
You will receive an email invoice, which includes receipt of your payment and your a4uexpo London booking reference number. Please ensure you retain your booking reference as you will require this to register at the event.
