a4uexpo Europe Networking Receptions & Parties

In just one month and 15 days, we head to Munich for this year’s very exciting European a4uexpo.

Lined up are some fantastic networking events and parties at stylish venues across the City including our Ignite pre-event networking party with complimentary drinks and Bavarian snacks at Vice Bar, our official Breakout (middle evening party) at Munich’s Münchener Rennverein for a complimentary bar & BBQ and last but not least – our After Party for the party animals at Munich’s popular 089 bar.

The Ignite Party at Vice Bar from 7pm, is a relaxed & informal introduction to a4uexpo and with excellent cocktails and classy celebration, all under one roof. With a complimentary bar, and a selection of local bar snacks, It is the perfect opportunity to experience Munich and meet with other event delegates in a stylish atmosphere before a4uexpo Europe begins.

The Breakout Party which kicks off at 8.30pm is hosted at Munich’s Münchener Rennverein, home to International horse racing.

a4uexpo Europe invites you all for an evening of networking, including a complimentary bar, offering you some local Bavarian tipple, as well as a fabulous BBQ on the terrace overlooking the racecourse all exclusively for a4uexpo delegates.

Ample indoor and outdoor space will be available to ensure networking and chat can be accomplished throughout the evening.

The After Party takes place 089 bar, a funky club located in the heart of Munich and the perfect opportunity to chill with a Bavarian beer after two days of conference sessions.

Starting at 8.30pm; we have exclusive use of the venue for an hour before the night continues into the early hours with a range of different music to dance the night away.

In conjunction with our parties we will also be organising dedicated Networking Receptions after each day of the conference. the first of which we’ll be supplying complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks to get the conversations rolling.

These will be held within the expo hall on the 18th May from around 6pm and within the People’s lounge and lobby at Hilton Munich Park immediatley after the conference ends on the 19th May all before we head to 089 bar.
