a4uexpo Ice party, sponsored by, FootballPools, OMG & Sky

With only 4 days to go until a4uexpo 2008 at London ExCeL begins, I thought it would be agood time to let you know about our Ice Party on the final evening of the conference.

Starting from 6pm on the Wednesday evening, make your way from the Platinum Suite at ExCeL to the Fox bar, which is a right turn as you exit ExCeL and down the stairs. You can also acces the Fox on the upper level via the walkway that leads towards the DLR Custom House station.

Only full conference pass holders are able to attend the Ice Party, so make sure you have your delegate badges and wristbands on, as these will enable you to access the Fox and to also take advantage of the free beverages (Beer, Wine & Soft Drinks only)

Hot food will be provided during the evening, to help feed & refresh your appetite for networking!

For those of you who are football fans (like myself) we have a section of the bar showing the England game during the evening, just in case you were getting worried!

one thing you won’t want to miss is the Ice Luge that will be making a re-appearance at the Ice Party this year. For anyone that doesn’t know how it works it is quite simple, as shown below;

Sky will be hosting a VIp party during the Ice Party on the final evening of a4uexpo. Join Sky in a chilled out VIP bar area and enjoy drinks and canapes while you watch live football. They also have two special celebrity guests attending the party. Visit stand #35 during the conference and sign up as a Sky Affiliate to gain access to the VIP party.

The a4uexpo Ice Party will be the final chance to undertake some networking before the end of the conference, and with a fun & relaxing atmosphere, the Ice Party should not be one to miss!
