a4uexpo Munich session videos – now available via the brand new Lounge!

The brand new a4uexpo website just got even better with the addition of the a4uexpo Lounge.

The Lounge is a place where new and past delegates of a4uexpo can manage their information in the lead up to an event, and access the content from past shows. You can sit back, relax, catch up and refresh your memories of all the sessions you enjoyed from the a4uexpo Europe and London conference and exhibition programmes.

The sessions from a4uexpo Europe 2010 are now LIVE, and available to be viewed via the Lounge. We must extend our apologies to you all however, as the videos from Session Room B at the Hilton Munich Park were unfortunately corrupted and as a result have no sound. We therefore only have all the presentations and panels from Session Room A and the Cezanne room uploaded and available for your viewing pleasure!

To access the all new a4uexpo Lounge,  you will need to view www.a4uexpo.com/lounge/ and have the e-mail address of the person who registered for a4uexpo Munich to hand, then follow these simple instructions on how to set up your account for the Lounge:

1. Access to the Lounge is set up for those people that registered and attended a4uexpo Munich. You can begin your log in using the e-mail address and password used when registering for the event. Input your e-mail address and password where prompted and you’ll gain access to the Lounge.

2. If you do not already have a username or password, you will need to go to www.a4uexpo.com/lounge/ and click on the ‘forgotten you username/password’ link. You will then be redirected to the account reset page and prompted for your e-mail address.

3. Upon entering a valid e-mail address, an e-mail will then be sent containing the new username and a link to set or re set the password. This link will need to be copied and pasted into your browser.

4. You will then be taken through to the reset password page where you can set up a new password. It is up to the registrant to share the username and password with any attendees who were registered under an individual’s e-mail account.

PLEASE NOTE: Only one person can log into the Lounge with the same username at any one time.
