If you have secured your event pass already, there will be two ways to collect your badge. Please bring a printed copy of you booking reference number which you can find on the recently sent out confirmation email OR on your registration invoice.
1. During the Ignite Party, which is on the evening prior the show (starts 7pm, 13th Oct at the Upper Deck @ the Novotel Hotel, ExCeL).
2. During the normal conference registration, which starts at 8am on the 14th Oct @ the Platinum Suite, ExCeL.
In both cases, a self-registration system will be in place. Please watch out for the registration laptops, where you will need to provide your booking reference and confirm the print of your badge. Once you have registered, please proceed to the badge collection point (by the escalators) where your name will be called out and you will receive your pass. Don’t forget to collect your a4uexpo delegate bag and brochure at the same time.
If you have purchased a full conference pass you will also be issued with a wristband, please ensure you wear this at all times during the two days – otherwise you won’t be able to enter the conference sessions, attend the cruise or be entitled to free beer!
Please bring a valid identification (business/credit/debit card) to collect your pass after printing
If you do not bring your booking reference number, you might have to wait longer to gain entry.
