Don’t forget your dancing shoes! A guide to a4uexpo Europe’s official networking parties….

a4uexpo Europe will soon be upon us and in the run up to this fantastic event the team brings you a guide to our official networking parties.  With one networking reception, two official parties , speed networking hosted by Webgains and hundreds of delegates the networking opportunities are truly endless!

The first official networking party will take place on Monday 6th June to kick things off in style.  The event will take place at Munich’s Vice bar located in the beautiful Kaufinger Mall in the old centre of the city.  This will be an informal and relaxed introduction to a4uexpo Europe and will provide delegates with the opportunity not only to begin networking but also to beat the Tuesday morning queues by picking up their badges, lanyards and wristbands allowing more time the next day for that vital cup of coffee.

Day one of the conference culminates with a Bavarian Beer networking reception in the Expo Hall.  Grab a refreshing beer with the team and fellow delegates after a full day of exciting and informative conference sessions and then head out to our official VIP party!

Complimentary buses will be running to the centrally located and unique Kongresshalle for a delicious Bavarian BBQ and fabulous networking party.  The Kongresshalle has played host to such infamous events as Oktoberfest and is the ideal venue for the second a4uexpo Europe networking party.  Timings and bus stops will follow soon but needless to say the official party will be a highlight of a4uexpo Europe 2011 providing entertainment and ample opportunity for delegates to let their hair down and party into the small hours!  Who can forget last year’s extravaganza!

All official networking parties and receptions are open to delegates only or those possessing a party pass.  Credentials will be checked on entry.
