In my shoes – what to expect as a delegate at a4uExpo Europe

Over 700 delegates, with 36 sessions to choose from, as well as networking with the best players in performance marketing at 3 exclusive parties… but what can you really expect from a4uexpo Europe 2010?

Here’s a brief insight into a day in the life of a delegate at a4uexpo Europe.

a4uexpo Europe 2010 kicks off in style with the Ignite pre-show networking event at Munich stylish vice bar located in the old centre of Munich. This is the perfect opportunity to experience the beauty of Munich as well as socialise and get to know the other delegates before the conference begins. Early bird registration is available throughout the evening; you will need your booking reference, which can be found at the top of your registration invoice, and some identification. Do not forget to pick up your badge, lanyard and wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times; any delegates without a wristband will not be allowed access into the conference.

If you prefer to spend your evening at the bar, then registration is available on the first day of the conference in the Hilton Foyer, from 8.00. Once registered there is time for a coffee and peruse the conference brochure, finalising your decision on which sessions to attend throughout the day.

As you head to each of your chosen sessions ensure that you have a stack of business cards and don’t forget take your conference brochure, and fill up the notes pages supplied at the back. Take full advantage of the session breaks, network and compare notes with other delegates. Make sure you have time between talks to peruse and familiarise yourself with our exhibitors, including our Platinum sponsors Affilinet and Zanox, locating in Foyer Ballsall.

Re energize after a busy morning of sessions with a hot buffet lunch served at catering stations in Salon Rumford and on the Mezzanine level.

After a full and busy day join the a4uexpo team for a taste of some local Bavarian beer and the opportunity to digest the day’s conference sessions at our drinks reception in Ballsall C,

Wind down after dark and put on your party clothes ready for the a4uexpo official breakout party at Münchener Racecourse. Don’t miss the complimentary buses leaving from 7.30 at the front of the venue, the last bus leaves at 9.00. Prop up the bar with our free bar til’ 2am; sample the fantastic Bavarian BBQ and network with other delegates before heading home ready for a a4uexpo Europe day two.

Enjoy the second day of talks and more time to take full advantage of the expo hall. Don’t forget to pick up your complimentary mug at the end of the a4uexpo Europe!
