Meet the speakers #FINAL Kevin, Chris, Hugo, Bas, Christoph and Ton

We hope our recent speaker blogs helped you find out a bit more about the different sessions and speakers at the a4uexpo conference next week. If you are all excited as we are and would like to start your discussions prior to the event, just register for our a4uexpo Social Network.
Below our last speaker responses.

Kevin Edwards, Strategy Director, Affiliate Window

1. What will delegates learn if they attend your session?
Incentivised traffic is a contentious issue in affiliate marketing at present and merchants need to get their approach right. Just as merchants shouldn’t have a ‘one size fits all’ attitude to running an affiliate programme so they need to understand how their individual business goals should shape how they work with cashback and reward sites. Hopefully this session will address key concerns and provide some positive solutions to help equip merchants when dealing with incentive sites.
2. Why is it important in Affiliate Marketing / Search today?
As the industry matures so questions are being asked about the true value individual affiliate types are offering merchants. Ethical and entrepreneurial affiliates have nothing to fear from this approach but it’s important the questions are asked and the research is done. Only then will sceptical or wary merchants start to fully embrace the affiliate channel and respect it for the value it offers their businesses.
3. What are you looking forward to during a4uxexpo / which other topics are you looking forward to attend yourself?
As my first conference outside of the UK I’m obviously keen to assess the wider European market. I’m always interested in hearing about areas where my knowledge is lacking and it’s also good to sit in on a couple of sessions that you wouldn’t necessarily attend as you never know what nuggets of information of you may glean.
