• Smoked trout fillets with creamed horseradish.
• Potato salad with diced bacon.
• Shredded radishes.
• Original Bavarian sausage salad with barred gherkins & pepper.
• Crisp salad with diced bacon and two different dressings.
• Selection of bread rolls and butter.
• Potato soup with fresh marjoram.
• Oven-fresh roast pork with a sauce of dark beer.
• Pike-perch with lentils in Riesling wine sauce.
