• Freshly sliced tomatoes.

• Crisp salad with pumpkin seeds and two kinds of dressing.

• Selection of bread rolls and butter.

• Creamed soup of herbs with wholemeal croutons.

• Spicy filled roll roast of turkey in rosemary sauce.

• In herbs marinated redfish in tomato-olive sauce.

• Small potatoes with rosemary in olive oil.

• Ragout of vegetables flavoured with tomatoes.

• Farfalle with fried oyster mushrooms and spinach in a cream sauce.

• Selection of Hilton Munich Park desserts.

• Variety of mousse, fruits and cheese.

Day 2

• Pretzels, Obatzda with onion rings, and lard cracklings.

• Bavarian snack selection with Landjäger smoked sausages, Bavarian sausages, Bavarian aspic cold cut, mini meat balls and Black Forest Ham.

• Smoked trout fillets with creamed horseradish.

• Potato salad with diced bacon.

• Shredded radishes.

• Original Bavarian sausage salad with barred gherkins & pepper.

• Crisp salad with diced bacon and two different dressings.

• Selection of bread rolls and butter.

• Potato soup with fresh marjoram.

• Oven-fresh roast pork with a sauce of dark beer.

• Pike-perch with lentils in Riesling wine sauce.

• Bavarian cabbage with bacon and onions.

• Potato dumplings with brown butter.

• Potato noodles with sauerkraut.

• Selection of Hilton Munich Park desserts.
