On-site Registration at a4uexpo London 2011

At a4uexpo London we always aim to make the onsite registration process as easy and as smooth a process as possible.  This year we have developed a streamlined and highly effective registration system enabling you to collect your badges and wristbands as speedily as possible and get on with making the most all that the expo has to offer.

The important stuff…

You must ensure you bring your booking reference which is at the top of your invoice along with a valid ID.

If you have lost your invoice or booking reference number, don’t worry, we will be e-mailing this to you very soon.

You can also find your booking reference on the confirmation email we sent out when registering for the conference. If you were part of a group booking, the person who booked your ticket will have a group booking reference which is used for all tickets on the booking.

So how does it work?

  1. Find an unused Registration Laptop
  2. Enter your booking reference number into one of our Registration Laptops, select your name, and then click ‘Print my Pass’. Your badge will then be sent to the printer.  Alternatively you can bring your invoice with you and simply scan the barcode to automatically print your badge.  Group bookings will have a barcode against each individual attendee.
  3. Move to the badge collection area, where your name will be called to collect your Badge, Lanyard, Wristband, Conference Brochure & Delegate Bag.

DO NOT remove your wristband until the end of the conference. This will be used to identify your access to all the areas included in your pass such as the conference sessions, exhibition hall and Networking events. Without a wristband you will be denied access to a4uexpo London.Your badge can only be printed once, so please only select your name from the list if you were part of a group booking.

That’s it – you are then registered for a4uexpo London and ready to enjoy the show!

Please note, for delegates visiting the a4uexpo hall on day two, the registration process is exactly the same but you will be issued an alternative coloured wristband which must be worn at all times.

Early registration is also available at our  Pre-event networking recepton at Grace Bar on Monday 17th October, from 6.30pm.  This gives you the opportunity to beat the Tuesday morning queues, have a pre-expo beverage and begin networking with other delegates in a relaxed and informal atmosphere before the intense two days begin.  We have also teamed up with LondonSEO.org to bring you even more networking opportunity with anyone who’s anyone in SEO.  You will still need your booking reference and a Valid ID to pick up your badge, lanyard and wristband.
