Put your party shoes on! A guide to the a4uexpo networking parties

In the countdown to a4uexpo Europe 2010, the a4uexpo team brings to you the guide to our official networking parties. With over 700 delegates, 2 networking receptions and 3 official parties, the networking opportunities are endless.

The a4uexpo Europe Ignite Party will kick–start the two day conference on the evening of the 17th of May 2010 from 7.00pm at Munich’s stylish Vice bar, located in the gorgeous Kaufinger Mall, in the old centre of Munich.

The Ignite Party is a relaxed & informal introduction to a4uexpo Europe. With a complimentary bar, and a selection of local bar snacks, it is the perfect opportunity to experience Munich and meet with other event delegates before a4uexpo Europe begins.

The first conference day concludes  with an informal networking reception in the a4uexpo hall, located in Ballsall C from 6.00pm. Join the a4uexpo team for a refreshing drink after a day of conference sessions and networking, before heading out to the a4uexpo Official Breakout Party.

Hosted at Munich’s Münchener Rennverein, home to international horse racing, a4uexpo invite all delegates for an evening of typical Bavarian entertainment from 7.30pm. The evening includes a complimentary bar until the early hours, a fabulous Bavarian BBQ on the terrace overlooking the racecourse, and a guest local DJ.  Complimentary shuttle buses will be running to the Munchener Rennverein from the Hilton Park, every 15 minutes, the first bus leaves at 7.30pm and the last bus departs from 9.00. Don’t miss the bus!

The first bus returning to the hotel will leave at midnight. Please ensure you have your wristbands visible for checking as you step onto the bus, plus you’ll need to show your wristband to gain entry to the Breakout Party.

Continuing the theme of networking, day 2 of a4uexpo Europe finishes with the opportunity to quench your thirst in the Peoples Bar of the Hilton Park Munich, before joining the team at the a4uexpo Ice Party located at Munich’s popular 089 bar.

This funky club located in the heart of Munich is the perfect opportunity to chill with a Bavarian beer after two days of conference sessions. The party begins at 8.30pm with a complimentary drink on arrival.

For all you party lovers, the night continues into the early hours with a range of different music to dance the night away.

The a4uexpo networking evens are open to delegates only.  Strictly no guests permitted.  Please ensure you wear your event wristbands at all times.  Your credentials will be checked on entry.
