Registration Process at a4uexpo Europe – Important Information

With less than two weeks until a4uexpo Europe at the Hilton Munich Park, we’ve got some important information on the registration process.

Our self-service registration system makes it easy for you to print your badge, you must ensure you bring your booking reference which is at the top of your invoice along with a valid ID.

If you have lost your invoice or booking reference number, we will be e-mailing this to you in the week prior to the conference.

Failing that, you can locate your booking reference from the confirmation email we sent out when registering for the conference. If you were part of a group booking, the person who booked your ticket will have a group booking reference which is used for all tickets.

How to Register @ a4uexpo Europe

1.Find an unused Registration Laptop

2.Enter your booking reference number into one of our Registration Laptops, select your name, and then click ‘Print my Pass’. Your badge will then be sent to the printer.

3. Move to the badge collection area, where your name will be called to collect your Badge, Lanyard, Wristband & Delegate Bag.

4. DO NOT remove your wristband until the end of the conference. This will be used to identify your access to conference sessions, a4uexpo parties and exhibition area. Without a wristband you will be denied access to a4uexpo.Your badge can only be printed once, so please only select your name from the list, if you were part of a group booking.

That’s it – you are then registered for a4uexpo!

Pre-Registration at Vice Bar on Monday 17th May.

If you fancy a beverage and want to beat the queues on Tuesday Morning you can register at our pre-event Ignite Party.

If you are attending the pre-event Ignite Party at Vice Bar on Monday 17th May, we will be opening pre-registration, where you can register for the conference at the party.

This will be open throughout the evening and the queue will be staggered, to allow everyone to register throughout the evening, so you can enjoy the networking event at the same time. You will still need your booking reference and a Valid ID to pick up your badge, lanyard and wristband.
