After 3 successful years based at the Platinum Suite we are moving to the newly constructed Capital Suite at ExCeL which gives us the ability to bring together sponsors and exhibitors on one flat level in bright and airy surroundings.
We know foot flow is critical so we've added a new live theatre, an internet café, refreshment stations and twitter lounge within the expo hall itself to ensure we create a buzzing hub over the two days.
We will also host our drinks reception within the expo hall at the end of day one of the conference for added advantage.
In addition to the benefits on the day we give all exhibitors exposure on our website, within the delegate brochure, through our twitter and social media campaigns and within our newsletters and blog in the run up to the event.
What's available?
This year we are offering a range of packages including shell scheme and space only stands starting at just 4sqm.
In a change to recent years all exhibition space will be sold on a per sqm basis with pass allocation dependent on the size of your stand.
Exhibitors will receive one complimentary full pass for every 2sqm of stand space booked with the opportunity to purchase two additional passes at 50% discount and subsequent passes at 25% discount.
If you are looking at sending 2 or more delegates, booking a stand could be very cost effective for you.
